Meetings
Horntye Park has 4 meeting/function rooms which can accommodate up to 120 delegates. All rooms have free wifi.
They are available to be hired by Clubs, Organisations and Individuals. Hire charges are very competitive to encourage use by all sectors of the community.
We have a range of equipment that can be provided (charges may apply).
Catering can be provided at all times.
Cornwallis Suite:
Holds up to 120 Delegates theatre style or 80 Cabaret, this is our largest function room. It benefits from a high vaulted ceiling making the room light and airy with wonderful views from all sides.
Club Room:
Is a similar to the Cornwallis Suite and can accommodate the same number of delegates. Located underneath the Cornwallis Suite on the ground floor this room is popular with hirers using the outside sporting areas.
Long Room:
Holds up to 50 theatre or 30 Cabaret, this room has views over the cricket pitch and also has an additional space for refreshments in the games room.
Committee Room:
Boardroom style, this is our smallest room and has a permanent table in the centre of the room, ideal for organisations to hold board meetings or small conferences up to 14 people.
Car Parking/Public transport links:
There is ample free parking on site and 2 pay and display car parks outside the main gate.
Horntye Park is well served by public transport with a bus stop outside the complex on Bohemia Road and two train stations, Hastings and Warrior Square are both within a 15 minute walk.
